Termbar Frame

Attention Builders: Next time you order your prefabricated frames make sure you ask for Termbar Frames.

Saves time.  Saves money.  More Efficient.

By affixing the preconstruction termite barrier during the frame building process, it means that the termite barrier is installed off site and delivered to site as part of the frame bundle, getting installed when you erect the frame. You don’t need to coordinate separate trades and you don’t have to wait for the pest controller to be finished before moving forward with construction.

What is it?

  • Prefabricated Frame that includes a preconstruction compliant Termite barrier
  • Complies with preconstruction requirements (AS 3660.1)

How does it work?

The Termite Barrier is affixed to the prefabricated frame and integrated in the frame build process.

Who is it for?

For any builder who uses prefabricated frames and wants their build to be more efficient and cost less.

Why?

Builders want to improve the efficiency of their build. The installation of the pre construction termite barrier, while legislatively required, can be inconvenient to the builder. We thought that there must be a more efficient way to do this. The result is the Termbar Frame.
